Lengka Co., Ltd. is a company registered in Cambodia, based in Phnom Penh, operating the online store lengka.shop. For anything related to your data, contact us at contact@lengka.shop or on Telegram: @lengkaasia.
What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally your email address — to prepare, deliver, and follow up on your order. Ordering is possible as a guest, without creating an account.
- Payment: payments are made by ABA QR directly in your banking app. We never receive or store your card or banking credentials; we only see the payment confirmation.
- Order updates on Telegram: if you choose to tap the Telegram link on the order confirmation page, we store your Telegram chat id to send you updates about your orders. You can stop them at any time by blocking the bot.
- Contact form: your email address and message — to answer you.
- Technical data: cookies needed for the cart and session, basic analytics data, and the anti-spam check by Google reCAPTCHA (which processes your IP address and browser data under Google's own privacy policy).
Who we share data with
Only what is necessary, only to run the shop: our delivery partners receive your name, phone number, and address to deliver your order; Google receives the technical data processed by reCAPTCHA and analytics. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@lengka.shop or message @lengkaasia on Telegram; we will answer as quickly as we can.
