Delivery across Cambodia
We deliver everywhere in Cambodia — and only in Cambodia. Orders are prepared in Phnom Penh and shipped nationwide.
Preparation time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days once the payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, and we stay reachable until it arrives.
Delivery time
- Phnom Penh: usually 1 to 2 days
- Other provinces: 2 to 4 days
Delivery fee
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and shown before you confirm the order. The order total and the delivery fee are paid upfront, by ABA QR. Your parcel is prepared once the payment is confirmed.
Packaging
Sealed products ship in their original packaging, protected for transport. Cards are sleeved and rigid-protected.
Damaged parcel
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contact@lengka.shop with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
We do not offer store pickup at this time.
